That it's like the beginning, Reverting back to feeble attempts, Just to see your smile,

As I ask for a second chance, You see ghosts of days gone by,

She was a little girl, who dreamed of a perfect world full of butterflies and rainbows and unicorns and fairies and white creatures draped in white that lingered on the horizon blowing butterfly kisses her way
her parents told her she could be anything she wanted and she thought that if she closed her eyes
and clicked her heels together three times the world could be hers

With the saddest smile I'd ever seen, you whispered gently,
"Come with me, love. We'll sail across the sky like shooting stars on black canvas and explode into the night like fireworks, and they'll remember us forever. "
